The processing occurs within the scope of the sale of tickets regarding the trainings provided by Hüseyin Kaygusuz via the “Buy Tickets” tab on the website https://www.huseyinkaygusuzmasterclass.com/. As the Data Controller, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law“) and relevant legislation through this privacy notice (“Privacy Notice“).

Based on the legal grounds specified under this Privacy Notice, your personal data, including (i) your credentials, (ii) your contact information, (iii) your financial information, and (iv) information related to your professional experience, are processed based on the legal basis indicated by the Article 3, for the purposes set out under the Article 4 of the Privacy Notice.

Your personal data, as specified in Article 2 of the Privacy Notice under the section named “Personal Data Subject to Processing” is processed, in accordance with the conditions for processing personal data specified by the Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. The legal ground consisting the basis of our data processing is; “Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.”.
